Course overview

We are proud to introduce the National Certificate in Inclusive Education, a ground-breaking qualification at NQF Level 5 with a minimum of 140 credits. This qualification is designed to equip practitioners with the skills and knowledge needed to create inclusive learning environments and support learners with SPECIAL NEEDS. The National Certificate in Inclusive Education aims to ensure that practitioners can effectively screen and identify potential barriers and strengths, facilitate learning activities

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING

Learners undertaking the National Certificate in Inclusive Education, Level 5, are expected to have prior competence in Communication at NQF Level 5 or an equivalent qualification. Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is applicable, allowing learners to attain the qualification wholly or partially based on evidence from various sources such as previous qualifications, reports, testimonials, work records, and performance records. The assessment follows general principles outlined in the notes to assessors, and learners who have met the requirements of any relevant Unit Standard within the qualification may apply for RPL through the appropriate Education and Training Quality Assurance body. Successful demonstration of exit level outcomes leads to the awarding of the qualification.
